Define your brand voice with this quick exercise
Before ever typing one word of copy, two things need to be crystal clear:
1. Who is the target audience?
aka: *Who* are we speaking to?
2. What is the brand voice?
aka: *How* are we speaking to them?
Once the audience is established, I often use this exercise with my clients to help gain clarity on brand voice (we’ll get to brand tone in a later post 😉).
