After a quick call (read: vibe check) to understand your needs and ensure we’re the right fit for your brand, we kick things off with our Brand Discovery process. This is where we deep dive into your brand — from where it all started to where you want it to go next. Depending on your needs, we'll have you fill out our signature Brand Discovery Questionnaire and go over it together. This will help us pinpoint all of the little details that set your brand apart.
Once we've teased out the building blocks of your story, we take all of that great info you gave us and weave it into content that will drive value for your brand. All you need to do is sit back and relax while we blend it all together.
After the first draft is complete, we send it to you to review and share your feedback. Two revision rounds are included with every project, as well as a revision call (if desired) to talk through any changes.
Once you're proud of the end result, there's nothing left to do but send your copy out into the world (get that Insta story ready!) and watch as it creates tangible impact for your brand.

We usually break projects up into two payments, with 50% due upfront and 50% due upon final delivery. However, we are happy to discuss other payment options if needed.
Throughout our project, we will use email and Zoom to communicate and Google Docs for edits. The final content will be delivered as a Google Doc. If Word is preferred, we can also use that.
Both the verbal and visual identity are essential elements of your branding, and the ideal sequence depends on your goals and the type of content.
Typically, we find that starting with copywriting provides a solid foundation for design by clearly defining messaging, voice, and the calls to action. When the copy is established first, designers have a better sense of the flow and can create visuals that enhance and emphasize the message rather than needing to adapt to it later.
However, in some cases, especially for visually-driven projects, design may come first to set the overall look and feel, with the copy tailored to fit within that context. Ultimately, collaboration between copywriters and designers from the beginning of the project yields the most cohesive and impactful results. At ES Content Creative, we are always happy to align with your designer and offer design recommendations as needed.
For most projects, yes, this is a crucial part of the process! The questionnaire helps us get to the heart of your brand story and strategy so that we can create a strong foundation for your business to flourish. It will take a little time upfront, but it will be well worth it — we promise.

We may use an AI model as a “writer’s assistant” to:
