Better Cotton

The Better Cotton initiative is the world’s largest cotton sustainability programme. Their mission: to help cotton communities survive and thrive while protecting and restoring the environment.

We’ve been working with Better Cotton for over two years to help them tell their story through blog posts and a range of other content. In 2021, the organization redesigned their website, and ES Content Creative wrote and developed many of the pages for the new site, including the "what we do" and "key sustainability issues" pages. We also helped them update their copy guidelines to ensure all Better Cotton partners and stakeholders are consistently communicating about the brand.

Booking.com

The world-renowned travel booking site is branching into the world of travel experiences, like their competitors Airbnb and others. We worked with Booking’s content team to write concise and impactful product descriptions for the different attractions and tours they are promoting around the world.

The Rainforest Alliance

The Rainforest Alliance is an international nonprofit working at the intersection of business, agriculture and forests to make responsible business the new normal. We regularly write blog posts for the Rainforest Alliance blog which serves as a hub for both consumers and RA companies to learn more about issues related to sustainability and certification. Working with the communications team, we also recently created a series of informative one-pagers to help showcase the company’s new and improved certification program.

Moments of Impact

Moments of Impact is an interview series exploring what it means to be a responsible company today. We teamed up with the investor and entrepreneur, Philipp Toepelmann, to peek into the minds of entrepreneurs and get a behind-the-scenes look at how companies are taking their impact into consideration. Working hand-in-hand with Philipp to develop the concept, we found compelling companies to interview such as Tony’s Chocolonely, Ace & Tate and others. Then came the fun part—conducting, writing and editing the initial collection of interviews to be shared on Medium.

Made for the curious, the cosmopolitan, the design-forward and the audacious—The Suitest is your trusted source for intel and inspiration to curate a life well-traveled. We worked with The Suitest founder Cate Misczuk on the debut edition of her travel magazine, pitching and writing travel and lifestyle articles tailored to the modern luxury traveler.

East Liberty Development, Inc.

We manage all of the communications activities for East Liberty Development, Inc. (ELDI), a community development corporation based in Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood. The key here is positioning the organization as a community advocate amidst public cries of gentrification. To mitigate this public perception, we helped them develop a content strategy centered around their racial and economic justice work. After leading a website redesign that resulted in a 28% web traffic increase and a bounce-rate decrease of 8%, public sentiment started to shift. People are staying on the site longer and reading stories of residents ELDI has helped.
